Hello everyone, my name is Namira Hasnalma Aisyah and im from 27
Senior High School Class X Science 3. So today i will tell you about
Taman Impian Jaya Ancol or we usually call Ancol.
Ancol is a
coastal lowland area located to the east of Kota Tua Jakarta in
northern Jakarta, in Indonesia. The coastal lowland stretched from Kota
Tua Jakarta to the west and Tanjung Priok to the east. There are many
things we can do in Ancol because there are many place in Ancol that we
usually visit it when holiday to have fun. We will not getting bored if
we go there because we can visit many different places there. So, i will
tell you about a few places that most popular in Ancol.
The
first to enjoy in Ancol is Dufan or Dunia Fantasi. This attraction have
many rides in there that really fun. Some of the rides are scary that
have a minimum height to ride it. So, kids under the minimum height cant
ride it. But there is also many ride that can be ride by the kids. One
of the most popular ride in there is Kora kora that looks like a big
boat but it move about 180 degree. There is also hysteria, doll castle,
tornado, glass house, niagara, and many other rides.
The second
to enjoy in Ancol is Sea World. As its name, in the place we can see
many kinds of fish but not only fish we can also see dugong, white
crocodile, and other sea animal there. Sea world have 1 main tanks that
actually the biggest aquarium in the southeast asia. The main tanks
contain many species of fish and thousands of fish in there. In seaworld
we also can see the fish in the glass tunnel because the fish are
everywhere around the wall. We also can touch some of the animals in the
touch pool.
Third, there is the Atlantis Water Adventure. It was
actually a water rides, so there are many water slide and also many
kind of pool like wave pool, rainbow ball pool, waterfall pool, and the
children pool. And there is also a foodcourt inside it.
Fourth, there is also a zoo in Ancol name Fauna Land that located inside Allianz Ecopark. Thia zoo carries a concept of Papua which is fusion between continents of Asia and Australia. The example of the animal there is like, Siamang, Lion, many kinds of bird, and others.
Finally,
people can also enjoy the Ancol beaches. There are two main beaches
within the resort, the carnival and festival beaches. The beaches are
pretty and it was really nice to spend time in the seaside. There are
also some resorts or villa in Ancol like Putri Duyung Villa, Hotel
Radin, and Mercure.
Ancol is known for its place that mostly use by people to have a holiday with their family, and this place is already open since 1966 and was the largest tourism area.
